Return/Exchange Policy

Please choose your fragrance with care.  We are unable to return or exchange fragrances.  We do offer a sample vial pack, which can be purchased to ensure your choice is the perfect selection for you.

Receive a damaged package? While we do our very best to package your product with care, on occasion, products can leak. Please send photos of both the damaged item(s) as well as the box to office@lotionsandpotionsinc.com.  We will work with you on a quick solution!
